A strong perennial with attention-grabbing, cheerful bright blue flowers on slender, elegant, vertical flower stalks. The perfect garden plant for a sunny border. After sowing in a seedbed, transplant the flowers to a well-drained and sunny spot. Produces flowers in the second year. The plant is not evergreen.
